Welcome to mikototo. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and mikototo ("we", "Platform", or "mikototo") regarding the use of the website, services, games, and all features provided under the mikototo brand.

To be eligible to register and use the mikototo platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You have never had an account at mikototo closed or blocked due to fraud, misconduct, or prior violations of the Terms.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Details to be provided include your full name as per your identification card, date of birth, active mobile number, valid email address, and current residential address.

Mikototo conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to security and compliance. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• National Identity Card (MyKad) – both sides
• Recent bank statement or proof of address issued within the last 3 months
• Selfie with identification card for additional identity verification if required

Mikototo will process KYC requests within 24 to 48 business hours. All information received is handled in strict confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Mikototo accepts a range of payment methods suited for Malaysia users, including FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposit funds must originate from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.

• Deposits are processed and credited to your account instantly in most cases.

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.

• Withdrawal requests submitted before 10 PM Malaysia time are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Mikototo reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any withdrawal involving a bonus must meet the stipulated wagering requirement before it can be processed.

Mikototo offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements typically range between 20x to 40x bonus value, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and cannot be directly exchanged for cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• Mikototo reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Using bonuses for arbitrage, abuse, or fraudulent purposes will result in bonus cancellation and further action against the account in question.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per individual, IP address, or device.

All games available on the mikototo platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified and audited by independent testing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is completely random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including mikototo itself.

• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game follows the original game provider's specifications.
• Should a technical disruption occur during an active game, any incomplete transactions will be voided and funds returned to the member's account.
• Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear documented evidence of a technical failure.
• Members are not permitted to use software, bots, automation tools, or any other method to manipulate gameplay.

As a mikototo member, you agree to use this platform responsibly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Do not share your account details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the mikototo support team. Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited upon closure.

Mikototo reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The member is found to have violated any provision under these Terms.
• The account has not completed the KYC verification process within the stipulated period.
• A directive has been received from the relevant authorities to freeze or close the account.

In cases of suspension pending investigation, the account balance will be temporarily held until the investigation is concluded. If the account is cleared, the full balance will be restored.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mikototo shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes or betting.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Losses arising from delays or errors in third-party payment systems.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution channels designated by our licensing authority.
